Undocuprofessionals Scrubbed Its Website—But Restoration News Has the Receipts

We've found more, including universities promoting the "LinkedIn for Illegals."

Restoration News broke the story on "Undocuprofessionals," a job board connecting unauthorized workers with employers—we dubbed it the LinkedIn for illegal aliens. Just one day after our article was published, the site began scrubbing content. Now it has been completely deleted, but they can't erase what we've already captured. Not only do we have screenshots of the website, we've uncovered more.

Sharet Garcia, the founder of Undocuprofessionals, has been promoting her website for years seemingly without concern of being prosecuted for violating immigration law. Even at the risk of getting deported herself. She is a DACA recipient who must gain permission every two years to remain in the United States. Violating the law could be reason to expel her from the country.

Her brazenness is evident in this social media video posted just a few days before Restoration News' publication about her organization. The video promotes her upcoming Undocuprofessionals virtual conference August 23-25.

Garcia says the conference is for undocumented, DACA, or mixed status individuals. She claims the conference will teach undocumented immigrants how to "generate income regardless of immigration status." Garcia also promotes an "inclusive employer panel" at the virtual conference with employers who "don't require a social security number or work permit" because the "undocumented community deserves more paid opportunities." She said the conference will promote internships, independent contracting, and freelancing. Plus, how to become a business owner and "get grants and money for your business."

Cornell Law School, the nonprofit Education and Leadership Foundation, and Los Angeles City Councilmember, Eunisses Hernandez are sponsors of the conference.

Restoration News also found more organizations, including colleges and universities promoting Undocuprofessionals and helping illegal aliens violate immigration laws.

Taxpayer Funded Colleges and Universities Involved

In 2024 there were an estimated 525,000 illegal alien students in American colleges and universities. It's illegal to enter and remain in the United States unlawfully but there are currently no specific laws requiring legal status to attend college. However, federal law does prohibit giving in-state residency tuition rates to illegal alien students while not offering those same prices to citizen students. Many states disregard this law.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) just filed suit against the state of Connecticut challenging a law they've had in place since 2011. Connecticut permits illegal aliens residing in the state to receive institutional financial aid and even state grants but doesn't offer the same benefits to U.S. citizens from other states. The DOJ asserts Connecticut is violating federal laws.

We uncovered dozens of colleges and universities across the nation promoting the Undocuprofessional illegal alien job board. Here's a sample.

University of Rochester

Stanford University

Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)

Northwestern University

Queens College

University of Colorado Boulder

University of California Irvine

Mission College

Norco College

Coastline College

San Jose State

Westchester University

Metropolitan State University of Denver

Western Washington University

Wesleyan University

Cal Poly Pomona

Restoration News has notified both the Department of Homeland Security and Justice Department about our findings. Undocuprofessionals isn't an isolated organization—we've identified an entire network of similar organizations helping illegal aliens skirt employment and work authorization laws.

The website is gone but the network isn't. Restoration News will keep exposing every organization, employer, and institution helping illegal aliens break the law—no matter how many pages they delete.
