EXCLUSIVE: We Found a Job Board for Illegal Aliens—No SSN? No Problem!
"Undocuprofessionals" connects illegal aliens with paid gigs—from door-to-door canvassing for Democrats to delivery driving.
Campaign door-knocker is just one kind of position advertised on a job board called “Undocuprofessionals”—Social Security Number not required for most posted positions. Instead, employers use tax identification numbers (ITINs) to skirt federal law that bars them from hiring illegal aliens.
Call it LinkedIn for illegal aliens. U.S. citizens and law-abiders need not apply.
Take Merrimack Services, which advertises jobs online for door knockers "to help get out the vote for Democrats." Pay is $25–$40 per hour and "people with a criminal record are encouraged to apply." Not only are they recruiting prior criminals, but the company also solicits workers through Undocuprofessionals.
Merrimack works with the far-left Progressive Turnout Project which claims to be "dedicated to mobilizing the Democratic Party and defending democracy." Their door-knocking efforts are advertised this year in Arizona, Maine, Montana, Nebraska, North Carolina, Ohio, and Virginia.
The loophole: these jobs are filled by independent contractors, allowing individuals to use an ITIN rather than a Social Security Number. In fact Undocuprofessionals only advertises "non-employment based opportunities"— jobs that don't require a Social Security Number but will accept an ITIN or EIN.
The IRS allows illegal aliens to obtain these numbers, even though they're not legally allowed to work in the United States. Federal law, 8 USC 1324a, prohibits the unlawful employment of aliens. It is "unlawful for a person or other entity to hire, or to recruit or refer for a fee, for employment in the United States an alien knowing the alien is an unauthorized alien." This provision includes providing employment through a contract or subcontract. Penalties for violating this law includes fines of up to $3,000 per unauthorized alien and up to six months in prison.
That's not stopping leftist activists.

On August 24-25, 2026, Undocuprofessionals plans to hold a conference for "Empowering & Supporting Undocumented, DACA, and Mixed Status Students, Individuals, Professionals and allies."

Entrepreneurial Crime
Sharet Garcia is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Undocuprofessionals. She admits to coming to the United States 20 years ago as an "undocumented student" and she was one of 800,000 people granted Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) by the Obama administration, which allowed her to remain in the U.S. DACA was established by a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) memo, not law, in 2012, and must be renewed every two years. DHS has the authority to deny reauthorization to DACA recipients, especially if they break the law.
On Garcia's LinkedIn page, she writes that she "walked away from a stable paycheck to create career pathways for highly diverse immigrant communities—including individuals without a SSN or work permit." Then she admits that her job board is for undocumented immigrants, ". . .we've built something powerful: A job board dedicated to Paid Opportunities for ITIN, EIN, and Undocumented Immigrants."

It's clear on Garcia's website that her company is used as a place where undocumented immigrants can network with businesses and receive training. The website offers the following disclaimer: "We are not stating that employers hire undocumented immigrants, but rather offering a list of opportunities that may be accessible without traditional employment authorization."
As noted above, we found several of the employers on the job board who admit hiring immigrants regardless of legal status.
Federal law, 8 USC 1324, indicates that it is illegal to encourage or induce "an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or (v)(I) engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or (II) aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts."
Restoration News has uncovered several of the sponsors and supporters of Undocuprofessionals.
Both the University of Oregon and University of Washington (UW) blatantly disregard federal law and advertise Undocuprofessionals services as a resource. UW states "Highly diverse immigrant professionals should not be discriminated against because of their legal status. Our primary goal is to create a new level of opportunities for professionals regardless of their immigration status."
Salt Lake Community College in Salt Lake City, Utah and the state of Iowa's Department of Human Rights are among the sponsors of Undocuprofessionals upcoming virtual conference scheduled for August 24-26. An organization affiliated with Washington D.C. public schools called DCPS Persists is also a sponsor.
Undocuprofessionals is a job board built to route paid work to people who are barred from working in the United States, backed by Democrat activists and public institutions that should know better. With federal law explicitly criminalizing the knowing employment of unauthorized aliens, the sponsors, employers, and political operations relying on this platform aren't just bending the rules—they're betting no one will enforce them.
