WISCONSIN: Francesca Hong’s Red Bandana is More Ominous Than Her ‘Demonic’ 666 Hat in Key Gubernatorial Election
Red Bandana marks Hong’s commitment to Socialism.
The recent hubbub over Socialist Democrat Francesca Hong’s “666 hat” sent Wisconsin’s media outlets into rescue mode, deflecting criticism and clarifying its meaning on the gubernatorial candidate’s behalf. Too bad they don’t do that for all the candidates.
Meanwhile, everyone ignores Hong’s more alarming headwear, the red bandana.
Mark of Controversy
On Earth Day, Hong posted a photo of herself posing in a garden sporting a hat with the numbers 666, or as she tells it, the letters GGG. It was clearly staged, because—who brings a photographer to do gardening?

Soon social media was buzzing about the writing on her cap. No one suspected it reads GGG; the consensus was, the hat says “666” which, according to Revelation 13:18, is the mark of the beast.
When asked about it, Hong said her son George who was 3- or 4-years-old at the time and learning how to write, was excited to practice his initials. Plus, she loves the Green Bay Packers, so the “G” also stands for the team.
It’s plausible. Strange that she let her kid draw on her clothing with a marker. His penmanship on the hat appears beyond his years.
Wisconsin’s propaganda press rushed in to save her with headlines that leaned Hong’s way.
“Francesca Hong says her hat bears ‘G for George,’ not ‘666’ for Satan,” explained the Milwaukee Journal.
“Right-wing critics say Hong wore a '666' hat. She says they're 'Gs' her son scribbled,” Milwaukee’s CBS TV affiliate reported.
Why cover this small stuff? Clarifying the hat post helps Hong while giving the illusion that these news outlets are covering politics without the pesky work of covering issues that matter to voters.
Red Head
The headgear that should send up alarms is the cute little red bandana Hong wears. More than a fashion accessory, the headband is it is symbol of socialism. The easily overlooked red bandana has been used for decades to mark groups of people connected through socialist ideals.
In 1937 Leningrad, most children ages 9-14 were members of Vladimir Lenin’s Young Pioneers, a program to indoctrinate children with communist values. Their uniforms were identified by a red neckerchief.
Today in China, the red scarf still represents the Young Pioneers and childhood allegiance to the Chinese Communist Party.
In the U.S., the red bandana is a symbol for "anti-fascists" including the Democrat Socialists of America (DSA), the Democratic group that writes Hong’s agenda. Some DSA chapters sell the bandana with the DSA logo.
West Virginia coal miners wore red bandanas around their necks during a worker uprising, originating the term redneck.
It is the political symbol of solidarity with slaves, labor unions, antifa, socialists, and communists, but because it is a common item, it is easy for the uniformed to miss the message in plain view.
Other socialists understand what Hong is telegraphing with her red bandana—“I’m one of you. The downtrodden proletariat.”
But she is not like you. Hong holds an elected seat in the Wisconsin statehouse. She wants to be governor. Her life is nothing like yours. She spends her days dreaming up rules for you to follow. She is a ruling class comrade sporting costumes that tell voters exactly who she is: a socialist intent on changing Wisconsin’s culture so it looks like New York or Minnesota, places where the DSA has taken root.
The DSA believes “our economy should be built democratically, by and for working people, not by billionaires for profit,” according to the group's website. It means they want elected officials (working people) to run everything connected to the economy and discourage private ownership of business (billionaires) to prevent anyone from getting “too rich.” Socialism—the red bandana kind—kills the American Dream and destroys personal ambition.
No Boundaries
Just as the red bandana looks like a humble rag, some voters may see DSA as a small novelty group with no bite. But Hong and her ilk are backed by a machine intent on spreading Socialism across the globe. DSA’s website clearly says, “We have a world to win.” Its international website shares the same branding as the DSA, with the tagline, “Working toward a solidarity that knows no boundaries.”
Last weekend we took to the streets in a powerful day of action against ICE detention. All over the country people are fighting (and winning!) against this admin’s endless lust for putting immigrants in cages. Hong and her Democrat Socialist pals are globalists—not America first, not Wisconsin first. That is why they hate ICE and rabidly protect illegal immigration.
The Democratic Socialists of America Fund supports candidates by door knocking, phone banking, and other sophisticated voter outreach measures.
As the leading edge of Trump's fascist agenda, ICE is tearing apart families & communities with unconstitutional practices that threaten public safety. We all deserve to feel safe, & this package of bills uses Wisconsin’s state authority to combat ICE's unconstitutional tactics: pic.twitter.com/JA9iCwAZ0V

Wisconsin’s media is not talking about how Hong would so radically change the state’s culture, that it would be impossible to recapture the Wisconsin so many love.
Doesn’t Care About Christians
With help from the propaganda press, Hong’s recent hat episode quickly died down. Even if the “G” explanation is true, it should still give voters pause.
Nothing in the staged Earth Day photo was an accident. Hong is not a bumbling idiot. Anyone with eyes can see it reads both ways.
Surely, she is culturally aware enough to know that in Wisconsin, her hat would worry or offend many Christians. She could easily have picked a different hat, but Hong does not care if she offends Christians—they are not her core voter.
When you’re talking bad hat art, it might not matter that Hong doesn’t care if she offends Christians. But it will matter immensely if Hong becomes governor and continues to advocate for culture changing policies like her proposal to legalize prostitution or her dream to legalize marijuana.
Hong knows what she likes, doesn’t care what you think, and if given more power, she will not bother to negotiate or compromise solutions to benefit all citizens of Wisconsin. She will be a steamroller, paving the way for the Socialist wave overtaking the U.S. and trying to erase our culture of freedom though capitalism.
