Wisconsinite Wallets Shrink Under Joe Biden but Kamala Harris Refuses to Take Any Blame
Policies implemented by the Biden-Harris administration have left Wisconsinites dead in the water when it comes to finances, but Harris refuses to take any blame for rampant inflation and promises she has a plan. But why is she waiting until after the election to help Americans?
Kamala Harris wants to shift her image and refute the claims that President Joe Biden’s economic policies have Americans in a choke hold, but record inflation continues to drain thousands of dollars needed by consumers for necessary purchases.
In Wisconsin, households are now paying $1,002 more per month to purchase the same goods and services as in January 2021. In total, households have spent $26,876 more due to inflation since January 2021.
But if you ask Kamala Harris, everything is okay, and she has a plan …?
"I am actually the only person on this stage who has a plan that is about lifting up the middle class and working people of America,” Harris said during the debate. “I believe in the ambition, the aspirations, the dreams of the American people. And that is why I imagine and have actually a plan to build what I call an opportunity economy.”
In truth, Harris and Wisconsin Sen. Tammy Baldwin are directly responsible for the pain Wisconsinites are feeling. If voters let them continue implementing leftist policies like the Inflation Reduction Act, which used “gimmicky math” to claim it reduced inflation, American wallets will continue to shrink.
The act, which Harris brags about being the tie breaking vote for and Baldwin continues to celebrate, actually increased spending and pushed heavy taxes on companies—a decision that reduced capital and shrunk the economy significantly.
Wisconsinites continue to see their purchasing power decrease as everyday expenses climb. Compared to 2021, the average household is spending an additional $148 per month on food. Cumulatively, the average household in Wisconsin has spent $4,051 more on food due to inflation since January 2021.
Housing costs increased by $112 per year, and since 2021, households on average have spent an estimated $4,271 more on housing.
Energy is now $112 more per month, and the average household has spent an additional $4,446 since 2021. Transportation costs also increased significantly as Wisconsin residents pay $280 more per month now—with cumulative cost increase reaching $9,814 since 2021.

Wisconsinites Can’t Buy Anything—Especially Not Homes
Biden-Harris policies have destroyed the housing market in America and a majority of Wisconsinites no longer can afford a home—And they know who to blame.
Fully 65 percent of Wisconsinites blame Biden-Harris for inflating home prices out of their reach, according to an August poll by Steve Cortes’s League of American Workers. Another 54 percent say that “Bidenomics”—now “Kamalanomics”—is a failure.
Out of control spending, leftist policies, and government overreach have left the American dream of home ownership out of reach for many years, and if Harris is allowed to continue her work, potentially forever.
“We have tracked Wisconsin’s affordability level since 2009, and unfortunately affordability hit its all-time low point in May,” said Tom Larson, president and CEO of the Wisconsin Realtors Association.
The sad truth is, even if home affordability increased, Wisconsinites are grappling with purchasing everyday staple items. Homes are the last thing on their minds.
Vote For Change
The Biden administration and politicians that promote government spending are directly responsible for the inflation everyday Americans are struggling to keep up with.
From $175 billion to Ukraine for a seemingly unending war to cancelled energy projects that promote the use of energy outside the U.S., “progressive” politicians are bleeding the American people and using the tax money on foreign interests.
An America first policy position needs to change the course of the economy. Harris has had her time and shown Americans that she is not up to the task.
