Virginia Democrat Operative Convicted of Distributing Heinous Child Sexual Abuse Material
Randon Sprinkle held senior roles in the Democratic Party of Virginia and worked closely with high profile Democrats.
In January 2026, Restoration News exposed the arrest of high-profile Democrat operative Randon Sprinkle. He was accused of sending videos of young children being raped to an undercover agent. Sprinkle was prosecuted by U.S. Attorney General Todd Blanche. He was found guilty on August 26, 2026, and sentenced to ten years in prison.
Sprinkle served as the finance chair of the Democrat Party of Virginia and treasurer of the Young Democrats. He was the paid political director for current U.S. Rep. Jennifer McClellan (D-VA) during her failed 2021 bid for Virginia governor. Sprinkle worked as McClellan's legislative aide when she served as state senator.
The Democrat Party of Virginia selected Sprinkle as a delegate to the Democrat National Convention in 2024, alongside Senator Mark Warner. "For me as an LGBTQ member, it is really great to see a Democratic Party that is both mindful and joyful, excited and inclusive of everybody," said Sprinkle.

Court documents revealed:
- In May 2025, Sprinkle unlawfully and knowingly distributed child pornography, specifically "one video file depicting a child engaging in sexually explicit conduct, including but not limited to actual and simulated intercourse."
- Sprinkle told an uncover agent on a Telegram chat that he is "Mostly into Yng, rape, incest."
- Sprinkle sent a video to the undercover agent of "a prepubescent boy being penetrated [explicit details excluded] by an adult male's [explicit details excluded] while another adult male penetrated … the child …. "
- "Some of the child pornography files discovered depicted toddler-aged children, as well as children subjected to bondage and discipline, dominance and submission, sadism and masochism.
- Sprinkle admitted to calling himself a "proud pedo," and that he had a favorite age range: "probably toddler to elementary school." He then asked the undercover agent if he would share his nine-year old son.
Why are Democrats Silent?
At the time of this article, Virginia Democrats still have videos of Sprinkle on their social media pages, so clearly this isn't a big issue for them. After all, as Sprinkle said, "they are inclusive of everybody."
Sprinkle's X account is still available and exposes how entrenched he was in the inner circles of the Democrat party. Mingling with Gov. Abigail Spanberger and former governors Terry McAuliffe and Ralph Northam, among others.
In one of his photos, he refers to himself as "Guncle" while holding his young toddler nephew who he took to see Christmas lights. Hopefully that child wasn't one of his victims.
Where is the condemnation from Democrats? Where is their call for support of the countless child victims of predators like Sprinkle? The silence is telling.
