Kamala’s Latest DEI Election Scam: $20k Handouts to Black Men & Legal Weed
The Harris campaign’s desperation to claw back disillusioned voters is starting to show
With an unprecedented number of black voters escaping the Democrat Party plantation for the GOP, Kamala Harris is turning to her most cynical vote-getting plan yet: Buy them off with “forgivable loans” at $20,000 a pop. And did she mention she’ll legalize marijuana?
This $20 billion scheme is the San Francisco Democrat’s worst Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) idea yet—which is really saying something—and confirms her campaign’s desperation to stop hemorrhaging voters from this key voting bloc. Recall that she summoned former President Barack Obama to scold “the brothers” last weekend for not “feeling the idea of having a woman as president” and considering backing Trump in November.
Harris’ backup plan would gift $20,000 forgivable loans to 1 million black men “who have historically faced barriers to starting a new business”—totaling $20 billion in taxpayer freebies that she does not expect anyone to repay—while castigating white Americans as hopelessly racist. “Studies suggest that Black Americans are twice as likely to be denied credit by banks, regardless of their credit scores,” Harris chides.
Recall that she’s already offered $25,000 in down payment assistance for millions of “first-generation homebuyers,” her racist DEI plan to elevate black and Latino homebuyers above the rest while setting the U.S. on track to the next 2008-style housing bubble.
Meanwhile, Hurricane Helene victims—many of whom are still without running water—get a measly $750 from FEMA. Don’t spend it all at once.

Maybe these downtrodden entrepreneurs struggling in Jim Crow America will buy “hairstyling equipment and chair space for a barber shop,” the campaign suggests, or “launch a cybersecurity company” or “architectural company” instead; the possibilities are endless.
Or maybe they’ll just use the cash to buy weed.
Harris accuses the federal ban on marijuana of “hold[ing] Black men and other Americans back,” so she’s vowed to legalize the narcotic and ensure “Black men—who have, for years, been overpoliced for marijuana use—are able to access wealth and jobs in this new market.”
Points deducted for not following the science. Kamala. Despite the lobbyists’ sleazy guarantees, permitting pot has not reduced crime or generated the endless riches promised to Americans (black or otherwise). Colorado, the first state to legalize it, has a larger black market today than before legalization. Water theft is rampant in California, where 80 percent of marijuana sales go untaxed through the criminal black market. In Massachusetts, it’s 70 percent. Pot usage is massively up everywhere, as are mental health issues including schizophrenia and other psychoses among frequent users.
Black Americans are hit hardest from the drug epidemic that torpedoed black families in the 1960s and ‘70s and the subsequent War on Drugs that put many users in prison. Democrats’ response has been to pardon offenders and decriminalize crime, which does nothing to produce stable, healthy individuals with an optimistic outlook on their future—the foundation of all successfully entrepreneurs.

No Principles, No Problem
Kamala Harris offers more of the same shopworn, empty pandering. As California Attorney General, she oversaw nearly 2,000 marijuana convictions—more than her liberal predecessor—and fought a ballot measure to legalize weed in 2010, even co-authoring the opposition’s argument in the state voter guide.
Harris only strategically reinvented herself as the “pro-pot candidate” 8 months prior to her first failed bid for president in 2019, and again in mid-2024 to cultivate the black vote—after she began identifying publicly as black rather than Indian-American. Since then she’s thrown her full support behind multi-trillion-dollar slavery reparations, defund-the-police policies, and vacuous DEI handouts to bribe skeptical black voters.
Yet she blasts “Trump’s Department of Justice [for] threaten[ing] federal prosecutions for marijuana in states where marijuana use is legal . . . to put Black Americans behind bars.” Who believes that?
These are band-aids, not solutions, and demeaning ones at that. If Harris was serious about helping black men, she wouldn’t have voted against replacing NAFTA in 2020—the globalist trade deal that cost black workers 494,000 jobs, most of them in manufacturing and car assembly. Harris was just 1 of 10 senators who voted against that bill championed by President Trump, which has already gone a long way toward restoring American manufacturing in cities like Detroit.
If she was serious about helping black men, she’d seal the southern border and deport the 20 million illegal aliens taking their jobs, robbing Medicaid and Medicare, spreading crime and disease, and costing the country trillions of dollars to house, feed, clothe, school, and police. Policing the border was “border czar” Harris’ job; she utterly failed at it.
She could also fight inflation, which is stealing money from our wallets and shrinking wages by jacking up prices on groceries, gas, and everyday essentials. Except Harris brags she was the tie-breaking vote for the Inflation Reduction Act, which experts blame for at least half the nation’s record-high inflation.
But she won’t, because Kamala Harris doesn’t believe in anything more than what’s good for Kamala Harris. And she’ll spend your money to get it… at any cost.
