It's Scorning in America
A middle finger from the Left is neither persuasive enough to flip the MAGA movement, nor to impress traditional Democrats.
One of the most memorable political ads in history is Ronald Reagan’s 1984 "It's Morning in America," showing a bucolic United States with happy people heading to work, getting married, and retiring well. Today, radical Socialist Democrats could rebrand it: "Scorning in America" to describe how they exploit anger and contempt as inept tools to persuade the public that they have a better way to lead our country.
If you've ever attended a Trump rally, you know it means standing in line for hours in a crowd full of the president's fans wearing the iconic, red Make America Great Again hats. That's why it's hard to believe so many MAGA haters willingly spend hours to park, walk to the venue, go through security, sit surrounded by conservatives through the warm-up political speeches, and wait for Trump to show up, just to disrupt his speech for a few moments and get thrown out.
It's doubtful they would have the courage to do the same at a Hitler or Mussolini rally, where they would surely have been jailed or worse for such behavior. If Trump were truly a fascist as protesters claim, they would not feel safe heckling him. The beauty of living in liberty is that everyone, even morons, can speak their mind. What do morons want us to know? What can we learn from morons? Let’s take a closer look.
Nasty Woman
President Donald Trump is making the rounds in support of November's midterm elections, and his rallies are routinely infiltrated by angry antifa disrupters. Most of the time, because there are so many people in attendance and the protesters don't have access to the house microphone, much of the audience can't hear what they're shouting about. Rally protesters are swiftly removed before most folks get a good look at them.
But the removal of a snarling, vulgar protester was captured on video by Syracuse.com on October 9 at the Syracuse, New York rally, and it has gone viral, perhaps because it is such a clear example of the political rot that has rational Americans worried.
When police escorted the heckler out of the crowd, Trump paused his speech.
"Hello," Trump sang out in the warmest tone, then he paused and smiled as the crowd broke into chanting "USA, USA!"
"You know they're all paid protesters, right? You know, they're all paid by the radical Left scum," Trump said, calling protesters "actors" and "losers."
As she walked out, the woman in the ugly yellow coat repeatedly raised her arms, shot up her middle finger, and shouted, "F*ck you!" at the crowd. Alternately, she thrust her finger-furling fist at individual faces in the crowd. Some returned the special salute; others laughed and mocked her.
She seemed to be communicating that she hated everyone in that room and didn't care what they thought of her.
And that is exactly the message everyone should take from her.
The Left Hates You
Our culture is spiraling further and further away from civility. Why debate a topic and listen to rationale from the other side when it's easier to dismiss half the population in the formerly United States with a simple flash of the middle finger and an "F-you!"?
That's how Socialist Democrats govern. They don't want the checks and balances built into the three-branch government. That is what they mean when they promise to fully rewrite the Constitution and remove power from the Senate and Supreme Court. Socialist Democrats don't want to reach across the aisle and compromise; they want to drive a steamroller over our society and make the United States a communist nation where the government takes from workers and provides only as much as the government thinks workers need to survive.
Ours is a representative republic, with a government that is supposed to serve the will of the people. Socialist Democrats don't care what you think.
Recall former President Joe Biden’s first day in office, January 20, 2021, when he signed an order revoking a permit for the construction of the Keystone XL Pipeline, abruptly eliminating thousands of construction jobs. Biden basically gave the middle finger to those workers. He didn't care what anyone thought about the real-life consequences of his political stunt.

Consider Zohran Mamdani, New York's socialist mayor. His goal is to dismantle capitalism, not to serve the public. He has called for a tax hike for high earners and corporations, more rent control, more government housing, a business-killing minimum wage increase to $30 an hour, and government-run grocery stores and day care centers.
"Tax the rich!" Mamdani cries. Essentially, he is letting that hand-birdy fly, "F-you for working hard and earning money. Gimme." Socialist Democrats don't care what you think, how you feel, or if you will vote for them later.
United States citizens are very close to losing the ability to vote their way out of a socialist future. Many candidates proudly declare they are socialists, and most Democrats who remain in the party willingly go along with socialism so they can keep their cushy position—which really makes each one of them a weak politician undeserving of holding public office.
Every Republican must treat the midterms with as much importance as a presidential election and show up to vote. Any Democrat who cringes at the Crazy Bird Lady of Syracuse, or who no longer feels at home among the radicals who cannibalized your party, should also come out and vote against them. This election is not about Trump. It is about turning away from communism, preserving freedom, and demanding leaders who won’t give you the finger.
