Have Harris or Walz Ever Worked a Non-Government Job?

More evidence that our elites don’t understand the people they’re supposed to represent

It’s little wonder the most radical presidential ticket in history is so out of touch with working people when they have no idea what puts bread on most Americans’ tables.

130 million Americans—or 85 percent of the total workforce—are employed in private sector jobs, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. That includes the 60 million Americans, just under half those working, who are employed by small businesses.

Naturally, that’s the case in both California and Minnesota, the states represented by Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, respectively.

Yet neither Harris nor Walz has held a private sector job since they were teenagers, about 45 years ago. Both have been career government drones their entire adult professional lives—and are only one of a handful of presidential tickets with zero experience working with private companies.

In fact, prior to Obama-Biden in 2008 every ticket featured at least one nominee primarily drawn from private industry back to Kennedy-Johnson in 1960, and Roosevelt-Garner in 1932. Since 2008, however, the Democrats have only offered nominees drawn from the ranks of our ever-growing government—and now exclusively die-hard “progressives” from blue states.

Criminal Justification System

As San Francisco District Attorney, Kamala Harris was notoriously soft on crime, refusing to seek the death penalty for a gang member who brutally gunned down a local police officer and searing his family for seeking “vengeance.” Violent crime spiked to 80 percent higher than the national average during her first two years in office.

As California Attorney General, she proved impossible to work with. Former interns recount how she “’F-bombs’ and other profanity constantly in her berating of staff and others,” leaving her staff “in complete fear of her.” Junior staffers were instructed “to never address Harris nor look her in the eye as that privilege was only allowed to senior staff members.” More bizarrely, she demanded her staff stand every morning as she entered the office and say, “Good Morning, General.”

That bad attitude followed her to Capitol Hill and the Oval Office, where Harrowing Harris—ranked the most liberal in the Senate by left-leaning sources—saw a staff turnover rate of 92 percent during her time as Joe Biden’s Vice President.

Tool of the Woke Elites

Tim Walz did serve in the U.S. military, to his credit, retiring only when he got notice that he and the men he’d trained with would deploy to Iraq—prompting him to leave the military and go into politics feigning the “war hero.”

A teacher and card-carrying American Federation of Teachers member, Walz is the darling of the ultraliberal teachers unions responsible for shuttering schools during COVID and pushing woke ideology and transgenderism on children.

Teachers union bosses were some of the first to gleefully endorse Walz for Vice President, with AFT head Randi Weingarten boasting, “We are so excited. We have known him for years as a social studies teacher, as a vet, as a union member, as a congressman, as a governor”—as a career politician who’s used his power to push Minnesota further and further left.

Walz, far from improving public schools, passed a law forcing Minnesotans to pay as much as $55,000 per person to give illegal aliens free college tuition. He also warped the law protecting victims of child abuse, transforming it into a tool for radicals to seize control of children whose parents do not consent to giving them dangerous hormone therapy.

And instead of protecting police officers during the week-long George Floyd riots in May 2020, Walz let far-left thugs burn down a police precinct, cause $500 million in property damage to Minneapolis businesses, and forced officers to face cement-throwing rioters without requested protective gear.

The experience so traumatized a local police sergeant that she nearly broke down in tears when later testifying before the Minnesota State Senate on Walz’s failure to send in the National Guard or have police officers’ backs when they needed it most.

These are the globalists looking for a promotion from the American people. Have they earned it?
