BREAKING: "Impartial" Susan Crawford Signed Scott Walker Recall Petition

Despite her promises to be fair and impartial, Crawford has prejudged Act 10 on multiple occasions, calling into question her promises of impartiality on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Newly uncovered documents show leftist Supreme Court candidate Susan Crawford signed a petition to recall Republican Gov. Scott Walker over his support for the Act 10 legislation, which reined in radical teachers unions and saved local school districts billions of dollars.

That discovery throws cold water on Crawford's claim that she'll be impartial in any future case involving Act 10, should she win Wisconsin's hotly contested April 1 Supreme Court race against Republican former Attorney General Brad Schimel—which will determine control of the high court.

Voters will wonder: Is Crawford lying to cover up her long history of fighting Act 10?

Although the election is officially non-partisan, Crawford has been endorsed by a host of "progressives," including Democrat officials who've pledged to abolish Act 10, teachers unions, transgender activists and drag queens, Planned Parenthood and other radical abortion groups, and even Madison's open borders sheriff to replace outgoing liberal Justice Anne Walsh Bradley.

Key Democrats are even fundraising on the prospect of Crawford handing Democrats 2 more congressional seats—with Crawford herself in attendance on one occasion—and potentially control of Congress. Naturally, they're using 6- and 7-figure contributions from California and New York mega-donors like George Soros to fuel her campaign.

Among Crawford's endorsers: Leftist Justice Protasiewicz, who prejudiced herself on the 2023 campaign trail by blasting Act 10 as "unconstitutional." Protasiewicz refuses to recuse herself from any cases involving Act 10, despite calls from concerned Wisconsinites and the legislature.

Neither will Crawford. "I fought against Act 10," Crawford boasted in her 2018 race for Dane County Circuit Court judge. In 2012, she helped convince a judge to strike down "significant portions" of Act 10 while working as a private lawyer in Madison.

Like Protasiewicz, Susan Crawford now says she won't recuse herself on the high court.

Democrats have long had Act 10 in their sights since before the bill even passed in 2011, causing bitterness and division in Wisconsin which Democrats capitalized on to trigger multiple partisan recall elections—most infamously that of Gov. Scott Walker, who championed the law to protect schools from undue influence by unaccountable teachers unions.

The petition Crawford signed specifically cited Walker's support for Act 10 as the rationale for Democrats' recall election.

Yet now, Wisconsin voters are asked whether they can trust Susan Crawford to rule impartially on the state Supreme Court on issues ranging from abortion, to gerrymandering congressional seats, to blocking $4,000 in tax relief for families, to Gov. Tony Evers' dangerous partial veto power, to repealing key parts of Act 10 itself.

Crawford says they can—despite her long history of proving otherwise. Is she lying?

Wisconsinites deserve to know the truth.
