Pride Month is a Trojan Horse for the Left’s Gender Ideology
Americans should believe that justice is blind, and that everyone can get justice. But if you reject gender ideology and believe in biological realities on the job, in families, and in locker rooms and prisons, you might find yourself in trouble in some of America’s federal courts.
That’s because a bureaucrat with the Administrative Office of the United States sent a memo encouraging judges and administrators to host “Pride Month Training.” These are sessions for court employees on the “common misnomers associated with gender.” This same bureaucrat distributed a “Pride Month reading list” two years ago that included several books with pornographic depictions of bisexual oral sex.
You can guess what happens next. The courts that conducted the gender indoctrination training will rule against parental rights, privacy and speech rights, religious liberty, and the rights of small business owners. The ones that don’t—those courts which actually believe in not showing bias, of objectively focusing on the cases in front of them—will be pressured to change.

Gender Ideology Over Basic Rights
Courts are already curtailing these rights, with more surely to come:
- Earlier this year, a federal court struck down a West Virginia law banning boys from competing against girls on school sports teams. As a result, five brave middle school girls faced suspension from their track team after they protested having to compete against a biological male in the shot put. West Virginia’s Attorney General is now appealing the lower court’s ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court to reinstate the law and protect female athletes from “huge disadvantages and safety concerns.”
- In 2023, Florida passed a law that prohibited performing “permanent mutilating” sex reassignment surgeries on children, as well as giving them “experimental puberty blockers.” However, just this week, a federal appeals court overturned the law, and, like West Virginia, the state will likely take the case to the Supreme Court.
- On August 1st, the Biden administration’s new Title IX rules that grant special protection status to “gender identity” will take effect and force schools receiving federal dollars to allow biological males into women’s spaces like locker rooms and bathrooms. A coalition of twenty-two states have filed a lawsuit to block the implementation of this mandate.
What the federal court administrators hoped is the same thing that Biden is hoping—that you’re too busy making sure you can afford groceries and keep a roof over your family’s head to notice that courts won’t be there to protect your First Amendment rights when the alphabet mafia demands you bake the cake or your parental rights when teachers encourage your child to use new pronouns behind your back. They really hope that you’ll eventually just bow to biological insanities like believing there are 72 different genders. (Yeah, you read that right: 72)
Pride Is A Trojan Horse
But the rainbow flags you see every June are about more than politicians and corporations pandering to the LGBTQQIP2SAAXYZ activist crowd. So-called “Pride Month” is really just a vehicle for the left’s gender ideology push on civic institutions. These are institutions that will never allow you to be insulated from them. For example, if the Title IX rules go into effect, it could mean your daughter who gets an athletic scholarship to college will not only have to go up against boys on the playing field, but her school could just as easily assign her a biological male roommate who “identifies” as a girl.
This lays the groundwork to make this unreality our nation’s future. Biden appointed the federal judge who overturned West Virginia’s law protecting girl’s sports. The judge who removed protections for children in Florida is a Bill Clinton appointee. It’s likely some of these cases will end up in front of the Supreme Court, where another Biden appointee sits. Remember Ketanji Brown Jackson, who couldn’t define a “woman” during her confirmation hearing because she’s “not a biologist?”
So while activists covering your neighborhood in rainbows this month might be annoying, remember there’s something more at play.
