New: FOIA Reveals 130 Crimes by Illegal Aliens in Georgia
Restoration News recently uncovered a long list of illegal aliens in Georgia charged with numerus crimes—including murder, rape, and drug use.
A series of public records requests conducted by Restoration News identified roughly 130 illegal aliens in Georgia charged with criminal offenses.
Restoration News compiled these findings through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and mark the latest addition to Restoration News’s illegal alien crimes website. Since 2024, the website has reported over 51,000 illegal aliens who committed crimes across America.
The Worst Offenders
A representative sample of the worst of the worst tells the tale. This list is by no means exhaustive.
Example #1: Hector David Sagastume Rivas, an illegal alien from Honduras, was arrested for capital murder, rape, and necrophilia.
In March 2025, police found the body of 52-year-old Camillia Williams in the bushes of a yard on the 200 block of Pat Mell Road in Cobb County, Georgia. According to the arrest warrant, Rivas physically assaulted Williams after stalking her and waiting for her to be alone.
Rivas then placed her in a chokehold until she lost consciousness before putting both knees and his full body weight on her neck, leading to her death.
Example #2: Duver Adrian Dajome-Cuervo, 22, faces charges of aggravated child molestation and statutory rape in January 2026.
According to police records, Dajome-Cuervo met the victim, who was under the age of 16, while working at a fast-food restaurant. The two allegedly began “dating” before Dajome-Cuervo statutorily raped the child.
Police apprehended Dajome-Cuervo after the victim’s mother contacted law enforcement.
Example #3: David Jose, an illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested in Decatur County, Georgia, in November 2024. Police charged Jose with battery, family violence, and three counts of cruelty to children in the third degree.
Example #4: Police arrested Sergio Macias-Serna, an illegal alien, Barrow County, Georgia, in July 2025. They charged Macias-Serna with aggravated cruelty to animals and cruelty to children. He was released into ICE custody.Top of Form
Keeping Georgia Safe
In 2024, Georgia Republicans passed the Georgia Criminal Alien Track and Report Act (HB1105). The law, signed by Gorgia Gov. Brian Kemp (R), requires mandatory cooperation with ICE by local law enforcement, immigration status checks, the enforcement of ICE detainers, and penalties for noncompliance with immigration officials.
The legislation made great strides toward protecting Georgians, but numerous illegal aliens still fall through the cracks—leaving their stories unreported to the public.
These new FOIA reports, alongside the still-unknown numbers of illegal alien crimes across America, highlight the necessity for continued efforts towards accurate reporting.
If state and local governments do not proactively report who is entering the criminal justice system or working to alert the public, how can voters accurately evaluate public safety, immigration policy, and the effectiveness of elected officials?
Whether the number is 130, 13, or 1,300—Americans have the right to know what is happening in their back yards.
