At the March For Kids, Parents Will Unite to Save Children from Radical Leftists
On August 31st in Washington, D.C., pro-child advocates from around the nation will march to bring awareness of the declining government education system and erosion of parental rights.
Attorneys General and parental rights groups across the nation have successfully won lawsuits in court to stop the Biden-Harris regime’s war on girls. Now advocacy groups are joining together in solidarity to continue the fight to protect children.
The March for Kids will be the first event of its kind, bringing together a coalition of hundreds of groups for the purpose of supporting parental rights. The groups involved include Moms for Liberty, Prager University, the Heritage Foundation, and more. Guest speakers will include Dr. Alveda King and Glen Beck.
What are these groups fighting for?
The unelected bureaucrats in the U.S. Department of Education recently dictated changes to Title IX of the Civil Rights Act of 1972. They unilaterally changed the definition of sex to mean how a person “identifies” rather than how it has been defined under the Act for over 40 years—the biology of a person when they are born.
The changes will punish students for even a single instance of “misgendering”—an obvious attack on students’ First Amendment rights. The most egregious of the amendments require schools to permit males to compete in female sports and to use female locker rooms and bathrooms. These changes instituted by the dictators at the Education Department will reverse the protections provided to women under the law.

This year, 26 states filed lawsuits challenging the Biden-Harris anti-female rewrites of Title IX regulations. Fifteen of those cases so far have resulted in injunctions that temporarily block the changes from taking effect.
In addition to Attorney Generals across the nation fighting back, Moms for Liberty and Young America’s Foundation also filed a lawsuit in Kansas federal court. A judge ruled in their favor, halting enforcement of the Biden regimes changes in 4 states, Kansas, Wyoming, Utah, and Alaska.
Moms for Liberty co-founders Tiffany Justice and Tina Descovich praised the ruling:
Gender ideology does not belong in public schools and we are glad the courts made the correct call to support parental rights. We will always stand up for the rights of parents and the protection of children. All parents must have their voices heard and their right to raise their own children is part of the very fabric of a free America. The federal government has no right to claim our children as their own or to push parents out of the classroom.
Parental Rights Under Attack
The fight against changes to Title IX are extremely important but not the only issue parents are battling. Not only is the Biden-Harris administration attacking parental rights, so are state and local governments.
California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) just signed a bill that will require teachers to keep secrets from parents regarding students seeking to be transgender while at school. There should be a mass exodus out of California over this if parents want to protect their children.
Across the nation there have been attempts by school boards to usurp the role of parents in government schools. In North Carolina’s Chapel Hill-Carrboro school district, board chair George Griffin believes the school board knows better than parents—so the board refused to enact provisions of the state-mandated Parents’ Bill of Rights. Griffin in effect unilaterally decided that parents shouldn’t be notified of student name and pronoun changes at school and that it was okay for the school district to teach about sexuality and gender identity in elementary schools—in violation of state law.

In Wisconsin, children as young as 8-years-old are being taught about gender identity and children across the nation are being exposed to sexually explicit books. These books are so pornographic that if they were provided to children outside of school it would be a crime.
Government schools are focusing on social and political issues rather than their sole purpose—academics. Students are falling behind their peers in other countries on academic achievement. China and Russia are outperforming American children academically. That should be a huge wake-call for Americans, especially leaders of this nation.
Even if you aren’t a parent or your children are grown, everyone must speak up and advocate for the children of America. Show up to the nation’s capital on August 31. Details can be found at MarchForKids.com.
