We're Winning the Battle to Restore America's Military
Fixing the Armed Forces means moving past woke toward a new warrior culture fit for a new American century.
True warriors fight to protect those who cannot defend themselves. This has always been the cause of the United States military, which fights wars with a purpose: Protecting our homeland. Hence the Army's enduring motto for 247 years, This We'll Defend.
But who will protect the military from divisive, dangerous, and anti-American woke ideology?
We launched Restore the Military, a joint project with the Restoration of America Foundation, to roll back the radical Left's assault on the servicemen who keep us safe. We launched in May 2025 with profiles of 40 senior officers across all branches who are driving the military into failure. Today we've profiled over 90, with dozens more on the way. These are men and women who have demonstrated their deep untrustworthiness—and should be removed from command.
13 already have been. After reviewing our discoveries, the Senate Armed Services Committee pulled another 6 senior Air Force and Navy officers from planned promotions due to their poor judgment and support for corrupt policies.
Our goal is very simple: We believe those officers with the greatest responsibility should be held accountable for their actions. The military didn't decay overnight; it took decades of neglect by Republicans and infiltration by Democrats, with too little oversight from civilian watchdogs. We're making this information public so every American can know the truth about which officers replaced morality and lethality with malicious Marxist ideologies… and who needs to go.
Take West Point, the world's finest service academy since Thomas Jefferson founded it in 1802. Superintendent Steven Gilland has championed DEI over unity and Critical Race Theory over readiness. Even the West Point motto, "Duty, honor, country," was replaced with the meaningless corporatized slogan "Army values" under the Biden administration. Yet few realize West Point has maintained shameful race-based admissions targets since the 1960s, an Affirmative Action relic only recently abolished by Defense Sec. Pete Hegseth.
Sadly, it's the same story across the rest of the service academies and other military institutions of higher learning. Restoration News revealed the rot at the Merchant Marine Academy under Superintendent Joanna Nunan, a Biden nominee who persecuted Christians and promoted transgenderism for years. Transportation Sec. Sean Duffy fired her in June.
We've documented it all, and we aren't finished digging—or lobbying these academies' oversight boards to do their jobs. We've already submitted letters laying out all the changes the West Point and Air Force Academy oversight boards must make to de-woke their institutions, and following up when they fail to do perform real oversight. The message is clear: We're watching, and you won't get away with "business as usual" any longer.
Our efforts have already borne fruit. When the West Point Dean tried to hire a leftist who led Joe Biden's "misinformation" campaign, Army Sec. Dean Driscoll moved swiftly to block the appointment, bar outside groups from selecting academy employees, and order an "immediate top-down review" of West Point's hiring practices.
That's a victory worth celebrating. And we're working on the next: Removing the influence of unaccountable, pro-DEI accrediting agencies from military service academies.
Restore the Military is also shining a spotlight on voices that were suppressed under the Biden and Obama administrations, such as Air Force chaplain and West Point graduate Curt Cizek, who was fired for preaching a biblical sermon condemning adultery. Restoration News was the first to report on a retired marine aviator denied access to Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia for wearing a pro-Trump hat.

To bring justice these victims of political correctness, we've partnered with STARRS, a group of former military officers working tirelessly to rectify the damage done by the Biden administration's unlawful COVID vaccine mandate and other leftist policies. (If you’re a victim of DEI ideology or military-mandated COVID/anthrax vaccines, STARRS may be able to help.)
The stories STARRS is revealing are as heartbreaking as they are outrageous. One ROTC student lost his scholarship and promised commission because of his religious objection to taking the vax. A Space Force officer was placed on a "do not promote" list after refusing the shot, then discharged altogether. Another reservist nurse declined the vaccine with a doctor's order because she suffered from an autoimmune disorder. She now faces a discharge board just days before she's eligible for retirement benefits.
But exposing corruption is only step one.
Restore the Military is also home to our battleplan to re-warriorize the Armed Forces, top to bottom. We're fighting for a total reenvisioning of the military's fighting culture that draws upon its storied history while preparing for the next American century. From restoring high combat fitness standards to establishing a strategic equipment reserve, the objective is a warfighting ethos that rewards true warriors and equips them for victory.
There are a few heroes on Capitol Hill who share our vision. Indiana Sen. Jim Banks (R) is one such leader who's fought like hell against woke and Chinese Communist infiltration alike, as well as the welfare of our servicemembers and their families.
The time for quick fixes and thinking small has passed. We've built the blueprint for restoration, but we need your help to keep winning. If you or your loved ones in uniform have a tip, we want to hear from you.
And if you want to support our work, we're grateful for every dollar you can spare.
