Virginia Democrats Desperate to Fill All 100 Delegate Candidate Spots

An ironic sign at a recent rally of Virginia democrats

Their lineup includes: A swinger, a vandal, and an anti-American, anti-police school board member.

Virginia Democrats flaunt having a candidate in every House of Delegates race in 2025, but the quality of the candidates seem an afterthought. These candidates include a middle-aged swinger, a foul-mouthed New Yorker who calls for violence, and an anti-police, pro-Palestinian school board member who refuses to say the Pledge of Allegiance.

Democrats had to scrape the bottom of the barrel this year.

It's not surprising though with other incumbent Democrat role models such as "TikTok Kelly Fowler," a Delegate up for re-election in Virginia Beach. Fowler got her nickname due to her prolific use of TikTok. Just one example of her videos posted on their family account is called "Bi-Wife Energy," featuring Fowler's minor child and husband proclaiming that Del. Fowler is bisexual.

Restoration News researched some of the Democrat non-incumbents running in these races. The results are shocking and embarrassing for Virginia Democrats. While the Democrat Party of Virginia claims they verified candidates for every race, a response from the Department of Elections indicates some of the candidates on their list may not have filed paperwork to qualify.

A common theme among these Democrats—other than their radicalism—is a failure to pay their bills—including their taxes.

YVONNE RORRER: 47th District Swinger

One new Democrat candidate from Virginia's 47th district which Trump won by 76 percent is newcomer and swinger Yvonne Rorrer. She recently disclosed her polyamorous lifestyle. She and her husband have sex with other couples. Yes, this middle-aged couple are modern day swingers—what she calls being "ethically non-monogamous" and "living authentically." Rorrer claims her adult children are aware of their lifestyle—but what about her minor child?

I guess Democrats didn't learn their lesson with their last failed candidate, Susanna Gibson, who livestreamed sex acts with her husband on a porn site, reportedly for money.

Rorrer posted this creepy video asking her opponent, Wren Williams, to debate her. I would advise Mr. Williams to stay as far away as he can—she may have other intentions.

Rorrer also has trouble paying her bills. She recently filed for bankruptcy, and had multiple warrants in debt judgments against her, most recently in 2021. Is this someone who should be voting on Virginia budgets?

NICOLE COLE: 66th District Anti-American, Anti-Police, Anti-Gun School Board Member

Cole has served on the Spotsylvania School Board since 2021. She refuses to put her hand over her heart or recite the Pledge of Allegiance during school board meetings and she wears a Palestinian keffiyeh (scarf) to Board meetings.

Cole is being sued by the former Superintendent of Spotsylvania schools for wrongful termination. He believes he was fired over an event he held, in his own personal capacity, with Christian author Kirk Cameron.

Cole is a champion for eliminating Second Amendment rights and wants federal legislation to stifle gun ownership. She claimed police were "inflicting terror on our communities." She also falsely claimed the school shooter in Uvalde was a "white nationalist," when he was actually a Hispanic murderer.

Nicole Cole, who previously used the name Paula Tarlton, also has a history of not paying her taxes. Public documents show a state tax lien against her in Pennsylvania in 2007 for $13,040.

ROCCO DEBELLIS: 100th District Anti-Gun, Foul-Mouthed, Unhinged Activist

Sometimes pictures can say much more than words:

Not only are curse words a part of everything Debellis writes and says, but he also calls for violence and vandalism.

Debellis also seems to have trouble managing money and paying his taxes. Records show he's had numerous tax liens and judgments against him, most recently in 2019.

While Debellis has been promoting himself as the Democrat candidate for the 100th district, at the last minute, another Democrat, Liz Richardson, announced her candidacy. It appears Debellis is now supporting Richardson, but it's not known if she met the qualifications to be on the ballot.

CATHERINE ELIZABETH REC: 33rd District Vandal

Catherine Rec told the Northern Virginia Daily that she is running because "no one else" would do it. Apparently, other Democrats realize they can't beat the widely popular former Speaker of the House Todd Gilbert. Gilbert, a native to his district in Shenandoah County, won his last election with 78 percent of the vote.

Court records reveal Rec was charged with multiple counts of destruction of property in 2017. The media reports she was accused of spray painting her neighbors' vehicles and charged with vandalism. She agreed to pay restitution and signed a peace bond and the charges were dropped. The plaintiff's criminal complaint indicates Rec told them "I got your car now."

Rec also has a history of financial trouble with several financial judgements against her.

EARNADETTE FARRAR: 50th District Radical Activist with Tax Liens

This candidate has significant trouble managing money. She has filed for bankruptcy numerous times both in Virginia and Indiana. Farrar also had a Maryland state tax lien from 2015 that wasn't satisfied until recently, on February 6, 2025.

The Virginia Department of Elections reports Farrar has not yet filed Statement of Economic Interest paperwork required for ballot access.

While it's a goal of both political parties to avoid uncontested elections, running bad candidates can tarnish a party brand. Republican candidates should have little difficulty debating these radical leftists who want control over taxpayer dollars when many of them can't manage their own personal budgets.

Virginians across the state are not radical Leftists and must show up to the polls this November if they want to prevent the Commonwealth from becoming California.
