The Dozens of Schools and Companies Still Promoting ‘Pride Month’ This June
Many companies have quietly retreated from the LGBTQ madness. But some are still holding strong... and they want your children to know about it.
Pride Month goes before the fall… but this year, some companies are finally backing away from the endless rainbow propaganda.
God set the rainbow in the heavens as a sign of His covenant (Gen. 9:13), and followers of the devil appropriated the rainbow as a sign of their sick ideology. Radical LGBTQ activists have long claimed June as "Pride Month," and many school districts and companies continue to promote LGBTQ propaganda in June. But some companies have reluctantly responded to the political and cultural winds of change by backing away from Pride Month.
Some Companies Have Quit the Pride Game
While this article does not provide a comprehensive list, I was able to confirm that 30 of the biggest names in the medical, grocery, entertainment, food, clothes, tech, travel, and sports industries are still promoting Pride Month. Some companies, like Viator, Broadway.com, and Moderna, made special rainbow company logos for June. Others, like GoFundMe and Disney, are hosting special Pride events or organizations. Target, Universal Studios, Ulta, and others promote Pride LGBTQ merchandise. Netflix, Amazon Prime, and BritBox have Pride collections and featured content. Major League Baseball and Sesame Street posted online about Pride Month. Whatever the method, 30 companies—including some that are trying to keep their pro-LGBTQ activities on low profile—dedicated money and resources to LGBTQ propaganda. These companies were joined by countless school districts, including the 25 I highlight later in this piece.
At least 43 companies and organizations did not promote Pride Month openly this year, including some that normally do so. It is unclear if the companies have reformed or are just biding their time until the next Democrat administration, however. We need to keep them accountable.
Of the companies and platforms (primarily U.S.-based) that I specifically investigated, those that still promote Pride Month on their websites/platforms, at their stores, and/or on their social media are as follows: Viator, Disney+, Starbucks, Google, Target, Walmart, Microsoft, Amazon Prime, Sesame Street, BritBox, Barnes and Noble, Ulta, Whole Foods, Bookmans, Michaels, Apple, Hot Topic, American Eagle Outfitters, Deluxe, Broadway.com, Hard Rock, Eli Lilly, Universal Studios, Pfizer, Moderna, Netflix, Etsy, New York City FC, and GoFundMe (while it did not feature Pride on its main web page, it has a program for promoting LGBTQ fundraisers).
Where the Rainbows Are
Major League Baseball very openly advertised Pride Month. The National Basketball Association, the National Football League, and the National Hockey League kept lower corporate profiles, though many of their teams still plan to host Pride events. Despite the biological impossibility of transgenderism and the increased STD and suicide risks of homosexuality, medical companies Moderna, Pfizer, and Eli Lilly also promoted Pride Month, the former two with specialized rainbow logos.
Interestingly, there were even more companies this year that appear either not to promote Pride Month at all or tried to hide their LGBTQ ideology: McDonald’s, Meta, Burger King, Subaru, Toyota, Bath and Body Works, Home Depot, Macy’s, Tesla, Costco, Kroger, ToysRUs, Nvidia, General Electric, Estée Lauder, Scholastic (no specific Pride month display, but did have featured LGBTQ books on its main page), Berkshire Hathaway, Broadcom, Clinique, The Body Shop, ExxonMobil, JPMorgan Chase, Visa, Taco Bell, Oracle, Hobby Lobby, Dunkin, Aldi, Smoothie King, Calvin Klein, and Pinterest.
According to the Advocate, an LGBTQ propaganda outlet, Anheuser-Busch, Booz Allen Hamilton Holding Corp., Citi, Comcast, Diageo, Garnier, Lowe’s, Mastercard, Nissan, PepsiCo, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Target, Skyy Vodka, and Walmart are the 14 companies that dropped Pride Month sponsorships and events this year. As I noted, however, Target and Walmart still have Pride merchandise.
It is important to note that some of these companies appear to be engaging in some self-protective deception. For example, while Disney did not prominently feature Pride Month on its main website or Disney parks app, it is still hosting Pride Nights and has a Disney+ Pride collection featured this month. Walmart and Starbucks apparently did not feature Pride Month on their main websites, but their local stores in my area had displays or signs for Pride Month. Thus it is sometimes true that these companies are downplaying Pride Month this year, due to new political leadership and increasing hostility to radical LGBTQ propaganda, and yet still retain their leftist ideology for a future time.
Teaching LGBTQ+ ‘Values’ to Kids
The schools and school districts still promoting Pride Month are Darien High School, CT; Arlington Public Schools, VA; Victor Central Schools, NY; WW-P School District (SD), NJ; Arts & Technology Academy, OR; Little Rock School District, AR; Fresno Unified School District, CA; Mercer Island School District, WA; Valley Stream 24 School District, NY; West Contra Costa school district, CA; Greenburgh Central School District, NY; Gresham-Barlow SD, OR; Oxnard SD, CA; Pullman SD, WA; Alpena SD, MI; Brandywine SD, DE; Cleveland Metropolitan SD, OH; Norristown Area SD, PA; Dieringer SD, WA; Anaheim Union High School District, CA; Monterey Peninsula USD, CA; Fairport, NY; Davis Joint USD, CA; Acalanes USD, CA; and Lincolnwood Elementary School, IL.
This is most certainly not a comprehensive list, as it would take vast amounts of time to look at every single school district in the country, but it gives a fair sample. It is worth noting that some school districts in Arizona and Texas I looked at promoted Pride Week in March, but did not have Pride Month messages since they have already ended the school year.
We won a major battle in the culture war as some companies move away from Pride Month, but as many schools and organizations still promote LGBTQ ideology, it’s clear that the war is far from over.
