First Right host Hayden Ludwig welcomes Dr. John Lott, president of the Crime Prevention Research Center and former senior advisor to President Trump on crime and gun policy. Dr. Lott has chilling statistics to share that should concern every American.

Since Biden took office, we’ve had a massive amount of illegal cartel drugs flooding across the border, and drug gangs are closely related to crime in general.

“Illegal immigrants commit crime at relatively high rates, much higher than the general population and legal immigrants,” Dr. Lott stated. “Within that group are drug gangs, a major source of illegal guns.”

While the Democrats aren’t doing much to stop illegal guns, they have never been more determined to ensure law-abiding citizens are disarmed relative to criminals. It seems conservatives struggle to predict the Left’s next attack on the second amendment, and now is the time to be proactive and safeguard our rights.

“Every place in the world that’s banned either all guns or all handguns has seen an increase in murder rates,” said Dr. Lott. “If the gun control advocates are correct and guns are the problem, there should be consistent drops.”

In Biden’s America, even if you live in a heartland state like Wisconsin or Indiana, you effectively live in a border state. That’s how wide open our border is. Combine that with the Left’s gun control legislation, and law-abiding citizens are left without defense. The 2024 election is America’s chance to stop these Democrat policies and restore public safety.
