The Assassination of Charlie Kirk Shakes America
Now he belongs to the ages.
The world watched in horror as Charlie Kirk, the co-founder and CEO of Turning Point USA, was killed by an assassin's bullet on September 10, 2025. The 31-year-old Kirk leaves behind a young wife and a daughter and a son under 5 years old. The assassination of Charlie Kirk has shaken America. The entire Restoration of America organization grieves for the Kirk family, TPUSA, and the people across the nation whose lives he touched. He was one of the greatest of his generation, and his legacy shall never be forgotten.
This one hit us hard. Many of us at Restoration of America knew Charlie, or knew dozens of people who worked with him. Our rapidly growing family ranges in age from recent college graduates to seasoned political veterans with many decades of experience. A number of our younger employees got their political start by working with TPUSA while still in college. Restoration of America worked with TPUSA and Hillsdale College to form a constitutional education program. Our very own Grace Reilly recalls:

Charlie Kirk's ability to inspire young people to action was infectious, which helps explain the depths of our grief at his pointless killing.
The killing of Charlie Kirk has once again brought leftist violence into America's consciousness. For far too long, our nation has looked the other way as this violence escalates. The more we've appeased bad behavior, the more it has ratcheted up. And let's be honest: We are reminded once again that anyone can be targeted by someone who one day decides they don't have the mental fortitude to debate our ideas, and opts for murder and mayhem instead.
We cannot go on like this. We cannot restore our nation this way. America must be united in order to be great. As long as insane leftists face no consequences for the violence they choose to perpetrate, the dialogue will continue to degenerate. America will go into a very dark place unless we resolve to stop this. Right here. Today.
One thing is certain. The unknown assassin who took Charlie Kirk's life will not succeed in his or her effort to end this movement. On the contrary, we at Restoration of America will join our patriotic brethren and redouble our efforts to win the culture war and the war currently raging for the soul of America. That's what Charlie fought for—one nation united under God. That's what will continue to inspire our ultimate victory.
