Illegal Alien Criminals are Ravaging Wisconsin, and Tammy Baldwin Does Nothing to Seal the Border

Children are being raped and murdered in Wisconsin thanks to Kamala Harris’ open border policies. Yet Tammy Baldwin’s too busy representing Madison values to care.

In countless communities across the nation, illegal aliens from countries like Venezuela, El Salvador, Honduras, and China are victimizing Americans on the Democrats’ watch. Children are being raped and trafficked in huge numbers while fentanyl flows freely into the country. Kamala Harris was put in charge of stemming the flow of illegal aliens crossing the border. She flunked at her job and should be fired.

Harris knows Americans across the nation are unhappy about the tens of millions of illegal aliens who have crossed the border under her watch. Now she’s claiming she’ll have tough border policies if promoted to President—no one is buying it. Voters are disgusted by flip-flopper Harris, especially on issues of border security.

Making things worse, Wisconsin Sen. Tammy Baldwin (D) leads the effort to protect illegal alien criminals from deportation. She voted 9 times to support sanctuary cities that refuse to cooperate with ICE and release criminal aliens back to the streets.

  • Adams County—07-02-2024—Walter Ismael Garcia Lazo was arrested for two counts of first-degree child sexual assault of a child under 12. He was placed on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer.
  • Brown County—04-18-2024—Wilmer Martinez Sanchez was arrested for repeatedly sexually assaulting a 9-year-old girl. He was serving a 15-day prison sentence for credit card theft when the crime was reported to police. He was already scheduled to be deported back to Nicaragua.
  • Clark County—07-05-2024—Victor Manuel Gomez-Acosta was arrested for the violent stabbing deaths of two children and attempting to murder another woman. ICE confirmed he is an illegal alien from Mexico and an immigration detainer was issued. He had a prior arrest 2 months earlier for DUI.

  • Fond Du Lac County—03-22-2024—Fermin Teodoro Lopez-Mendoza, an illegal alien was charged with first degree intentional homicide after he stabbed a woman multiple times with a steak knife.
  • Juneau County—03-11-2024—ICE arrested an illegal alien for involvement in a drive by shooting. Adelvis Rodriguez-Carmona is an alleged member of a Venezuelan transnational street gang. Venezuela was refusing to take him back.
  • Racine County—04-02-2024—Bernabe Leon Alvarez, an illegal alien and citizen of Mexico reporting to be a “pastor” was arrested for sexual exploitation by therapist, child enticement, and repeated sexual assault of same child. ICE confirmed he was in the U.S. illegally.
  • Rock County—03-16-2024—Rony Hernandez was arrested for repeated rape of a child, exposing child to harmful material, and possession of child pornography. An ICE detainer was issued.
  • Sheboygan County—07-05-2023—Gerson Tobias Escobar was arrested for 1st degree sexual assault of a child. He was placed on an immigration detainer.
  • Trempealeau County—04-10-2024—Ulises Granados was arrested for child enticement, 1st degree sexual assault, and repeated assault of same child. He was placed on ICE hold.
  • Walworth County—05-01-2024—Jose Silva Miranda was arrested for 2nd degree sexual assault. Court records indicate he is in ICE custody awaiting his trial. He required a Spanish interpreter in court.
  • Waukesha—10-17-2023—Xiong Peng, a citizen of China, was arrested for theft and party to a crime. He was also extradited to Pennsylvania. He was placed on an immigration detainer.
  • Waukesha—12-14-2023—Israel Martinez Lopez, an illegal alien from Mexico, was arrested (and ultimately sentenced to ten years in jail) for a drunk driving crash that killed a man. He was placed on an immigration detainer. His employer is listed as Quad Graphics.

While many Sheriffs across Wisconsin are doing what they can to manage the increased costs of criminal illegal aliens, there are some contributing to the problem. Restoration News made a public records request to the Milwaukee Sheriff’s office for a list of inmates on ICE detainers. They responded that they had none and ICE reports that Milwaukee is a “non-cooperative institution”—Milwaukee is a sanctuary city for illegal alien criminals. 

When government leaders like Tammy Baldwin and Kamala Harris support open border policies that protect illegal aliens, criminals will continue to victimize Americans across the nation—even in small towns in Wisconsin.
