Biden’s Border Meltdown: Illegal Alien Gerrymandering?

Our weekly round-up of the ugliest stories from Joe Biden’s border-turned-sieve

Part of a series reporting on America’s unprecedented invasion—and what it means for you.

If you’re having trouble understanding Joe Biden’s insane immigration policy, here’s a secret: It isn’t as mad as it looks.

Replacing You

One of Joe Biden’s first acts as president in Feb. 2021 was an executive order promoting naturalization of “new Americans”—that is, non-citizens living here illegally—and revoking a Trump policy “excluding undocumented immigrants from the reapportionment count,” referring to the way we apportion congressional districts and Electoral College votes in the states.

In other words, Biden’s earliest priority was guaranteeing that some 20 million illegal aliens are counted alongside U.S. citizens and lawful non-citizens when determining how many congressional seats every state gets—and consequently, how many votes it gets for deciding the next President of the United States in the Electoral College.

To put that in perspective, that’s about the population of New York state—which gets 27 House seats—and a little under Florida’s 23 million people, earning it 23 House seats. More plainly: If all 20 million illegal aliens lived in a single state it’d net that state 20-odd House seats, each pulled from other states during the next reapportionment process in 2030 just to represent people living in the U.S. illegally.

Considering control of the House of Representatives typically comes down to 3–4 seats every election, that’s more than enough to ensure control of the House for the next generation.

And Biden Democrats are banking on just that to keep their ever-more-radical party relevant as millions of voters flock to the America-first Republican Party, making it harder for the Left to stay competitive in national races.

That’s why Biden is risking a wide-open southern border during an election year, when presidents seeking reelection always want to look patriotic and tough-on-crime. It’s why Democrats won’t vote to deport any illegal aliens, even those who drive drunk or murder young women like Laken Riley; and why the Democrat-run U.S. Senate just voted against a measure that would’ve blocked counting illegal aliens in the next apportionment.

Some “progressives” are admitting as much, too: “I’m saying, I need more people in my district, just for redistricting purposes,” one New York Democrat said in January of illegal aliens. (Doesn’t she know you’re not supposed to say the quiet part out loud?)

Move Over, Heisenberg

If it wasn’t clear that the nations south of the border aren’t sending their best, Customs and Border Patrol caught a man trying to smuggle $11 million in fentanyl pills into California in one go—a whopping 561,000 tablets weighing 124 pounds. (Perhaps the 37-old-year Mexican smuggler thought Biden’s Border Patrol would welcome him as an entrepreneurial “newcomer.”)

Just 2 milligrams of fentanyl, the equivalent of a few grains of salt, is enough to kill the average person. 124 pounds (56 kilograms) of the junk could kill 28 million people—or the combined populations of Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, and Oklahoma.

For obvious reasons, the lethal drug isn’t usually taken straight but rather mixed with other narcotics like methamphetamine, cocaine, and heroin to increase their potency, making it easy to accidentally overdose. 42 percent of pills tested by federal agents contain a lethal dose of fentanyl. They’re often rainbow-colored like candy to appeal to children.

We’ve reported that, with this explosion in fentanyl trafficking, 1 in 34 Arizonans will die from drug overdose, the worst in the nation. Nationally, it’s 1 in 39 Americans.

The Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) reports that just 2 Mexican cartels control nearly all of the fentanyl flowing across Biden’s open border, but manufacture and distribution is increasingly controlled by the Chinese Communist Party. Chinese agents reportedly provide Mexican cartels with pharmaceutical equipment to mass produce fentanyl pills and encrypted social media to sell it in America.

Fake Passports & Phony Green Cards

More and more illegal aliens are entering the U.S. posing as minors—which nets them a better shot at getting in—thanks to fake passports sold by African smugglers. That’s an update from an older scheme used by Syrian Islamic State terrorists in 2022, who paid up to $15,000 for fake passports to cross into Europe and America (with even worse intentions).

No sooner was it exposed than the smugglers ginned up a new grift: Fake green cards and Social Security numbers for illegal aliens who make it across the border.

Criminal gangs like MS-13 are reportedly marketing the faux documents on New York street corners for as much as $250, a bargain when you consider it lets them work, travel, and access government services (until they’re caught, anyway). Or plan a terrorist attack, for that matter.

And they may be using your Social Security number to do it. How many Americans will soon suffer financial fraud because the Democratic Party needs more voters?
