Biden Blabs About “Gun Violence” While Ignoring the Gun Owners He’s Victimizing. Just Ask Bryan Malinowski.

Joe Biden is all about “gun violence” prevention—literally by any means—including shutting down small businesses and killing a gun collector

Joe Biden has strategically employed federal power to undermine the Second Amendment and deter Americans from exercising their right to bear arms, all under the guise of preventing “gun violence”—a claim he will undoubtedly tout during tonight’s presidential debate in Atlanta.

While his empty words ring through the echo chambers of the anti-American Left, the wife and children of Bryan Malinowski, a gun collector who was shot in the head by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), will have to live with the true effects of Biden’s policies.

On a chilly March morning in Little Rock, Arkansas, ATF agents tragically shot dead 53-year-old Malinowski in his own home at 6 a.m. after forcibly entering just 28 seconds after they knocked. Their rationale? Malinowski, an ardent collector, had amassed around 150 firearms over a span of three years, which is completely legal, and engaged in transactions with fellow collectors—an action the ATF believed violated an ambiguous gun law from the 1980s.

The bleary-eyed Malinowski—who, startled awake, very likely believed his home was being burglarized—fired at agents, prompting them to fire back, resulting in a fatal head shot. But the situation was a mess from the start. The ATF should have never placed him in a position where he was actively defending his home from what he believed were intruders.

After all, Arkansas’s castle doctrine allows homeowners to use “a degree of force that he or she reasonably believes to be necessary” while defending themselves or others.

From the Malinowskis’ statement to the press:

Bryan Malinowski was asleep but rose to the sound of the door crashing and located a firearm. His wife believed the noise must have been intruders and she fully believes her husband thought the same. He loaded a magazine into a pistol and emerged from the master bedroom into a hallway leading indirectly to the front entryway. He reached a corner in the hall and looked around it to see several unidentifiable figures already several steps inside his home.

State-Sanctioned Murder?

It’s a fair bet that if a majority of law-abiding gun owners were to wake up to their door being kicked in, a swift and formidable response would ensue.

If the ATF can justify raiding a man’s home at 6 a.m., breaking down his door after a mere 28 seconds, and killing him without facing repercussions—all under the belief that he may be selling more guns than allowed—are any of us truly safe? In Biden’s America, regrettably, it is difficult to know.

Agents believed that Malinowski was working as an underground gun dealer based on the 1985 Firearm Owners’ Protection Act which requires individuals engaged in “repetitive” gun sales to be federally licensed and to conduct background checks. However, the ambiguity surrounding the term “repetitive” leaves it open to interpretation.

Malinowski’s tragic death exemplifies the consequences of semantics being exploited by a politically motivated and weaponized agency and reveals the truly egregious nature of the ATF’s actions. In short, Malinowski was subjected to a federal raid and subsequently killed while defending his family, based on the vague notion of whether he had sold an undefined number of firearms.

How can such an event take place in America?

“Mr. Malinowski was a frequent attendee of gun shows and collected firearms, which is not illegal. And for whatever reason, the ATF believed that he had somehow met the nebulous, somewhat subjective standard as to what constitutes a federal firearm dealer and what doesn’t,” said Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin (R), who is leading a coalition of 20 attorneys general to sue the Biden administration for attempting to close the “gun show loophole.”

It’s hard to view the incident without questioning if Biden is trying to send a message to law-abiding gun owners. If we also look at how Biden is treating FFL gun dealers, a similar narrative appears: Biden is using the federal government to do absolutely anything to reduce the number of firearms owned by law-abiding Americans.

What is Biden afraid of? Last I checked “insurrectionists” would need F-15 fighter jets to topple his regime… or at least that’s what he warned of “right-wingers” in 2022.

Biden is waging war on the Second Amendment with the indisputable goal of disarming Americans. Throughout his presidency he has weaponized the ATF by moving around Congress to restrict firearms and worked against gun dealers to shut down as many stores as possible with his “zero tolerance” policy.

As a result, numerous dealers with families to take care of were put out of business for minor clerical errors and FFL revocations hit a staggering 16 year high.

Biden does not care about the Second Amendment, and he does not care about law-abiding Americans. When he inevitably talks about all the “great” things he has done to prevent “gun violence” during the debate—just know it is all a ruse and represents a loss of constitutional rights for all Americans.

Vote Biden out or watch the ATF become the modern-day Stasi.
